On Saturday March 11th, the XXXVIII General Assembly of the Spanish Confederation of Associations of Alumni of Catholic Education was held in the House of Spirituality Beata Maria Ana Mogás of Madrid, Sapin, under the title “Sexual Affective Education”.
The day commenced with a prayer conducted by the Ecclesiastical Advisor of the Confederation, Father Javier Ilundaín, S.J., following, greeting and presentation of the attendees and their meeting. In the same, there was presented the activities carried out during 2016 by the President D. José Antonio Cecilia, also the projects to be developed throughout 2018. The economic report was in charge of the president, D, José Antonio Cecilia, since this position is not occupied yet. The assembly closed with various statements and proposals from the attendees.
Later on, the “Pupitre de Oro” award in recognition of the dedication to the Alumni go to Dª Camino Cañón and to D. José María Alvira.
Morning session ended with Thanksgiving Eucharistic at the Chapel of the House of Spirituality.
Afternoon session was dedicated to the Lecture by Ms. Luisa Maldonado, General Director of the Family Forum, Family Lawyer & Civil and Family Intermediary. Master’s Degree Marriage and Family by the University of Navarra
During his speech he addressed a clear and concise exposition of this burning and current educational problem, encouraging its development without any reserve.
A debate closed his extraordinary speech.
The next assembly was scheduled for March 7, 2018.
