Mgr. José María Arancedo, President of the Episcopal Conference of Argentina receives OMAEC at Santa Fe (Argentina) by September 2, in the person of Evangelina Garcia, Vice-President of OMAEC, accompanied by Stella Maris Vivares of CONFAEEC (Argentina Confederation of Alumni Catholic Education). After a productive dialogue, he was imposed with the OMAEC insignia.
Both ladies informed him about the Rosary pray in Argentina, which takes place in several cities by the end of each October, giving his all they support.
