The World Organization of Catholic Education Alumni -OMAEC-, a lay organization, defender of the evangelical values received in our academic formation in the different Catholic institutions in which we spent the happiest stages of our childhood, adolescence and youth, express with deep pain, disturbance and indignation for the horror of the war that day by day is escalating along this blessed planet that the Creator has given us as a common home.
We are ashamed as a human species for the terrorist attack of the Hamas group towards the Jewish people, with more than forty children beheaded and hundreds of people massacred, for a terrorist and insane act, which we condemn and reject as Christians and alumni.
May the Lord have mercy on humanity for its insane acts, for the uncontrolled vengeance, for the injustice and the tremendous disregard for the pain of others.
