{"id":4280,"date":"2019-06-17T21:49:14","date_gmt":"2019-06-17T20:49:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/omaec.org\/?p=4280"},"modified":"2019-06-17T21:49:54","modified_gmt":"2019-06-17T20:49:54","slug":"4280","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.omaec.org\/fr\/4280\/","title":{"rendered":"Congr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;OIEC &#8211; New York"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Comme pr\u00e9sident de la COFAEC, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 au <strong>Congr\u00e8s de l\u2019OIEC, Office International de l\u2019Enseignement Catholique, \u00e0 New York.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Il y avait environ 550 participants, de plus de 60 pays\u00a0; le congr\u00e8s fut tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi, \u00e0 l\u2019image de la renaissance de l\u2019OIEC (qui a failli s\u2019arr\u00eater il y a 4 ans).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">La s\u00e9ance de cl\u00f4ture du congr\u00e8s, aux Nations Unis, a inclus une belle allocution du Pape, en\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><a href=\"http:\/\/w2.vatican.va\/content\/francesco\/fr\/events\/event.dir.html\/content\/vaticanevents\/fr\/2019\/6\/8\/videomessaggio-oiec.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">vid\u00e9o<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Il est dommage qu\u2019aucun d\u2019entre vous, comme responsable de l\u2019OMAEC, n\u2019ait pu y participer car c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion de prendre des contacts d\u2019une part avec tous les secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de l\u2019enseignement catholique des pays (notamment l\u2019Afrique et l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine), d\u2019autre part les responsables des congr\u00e9gations enseignantes, \u00a0pour qu\u2019ils aident \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de f\u00e9d\u00e9rations d\u2019anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00c0 la demande du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019OIEC, je suis intervenu dans un Lab (en anglais) qui portait sur l\u2019action aupr\u00e8s des Institutions internationales (cf. ma pr\u00e9sentation ci-jointe)\u00a0; \u00e0 cette occasion, j\u2019ai pu tr\u00e8s bri\u00e8vement expliquer ce qu\u2019\u00e9tait <strong>l\u2019OMAEC et l\u2019UNAEC-Europe.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Ce congr\u00e8s m\u2019a aussi permis de rencontrer les deux p\u00e8res africains avec lesquels la COFAEC a initi\u00e9 des soutiens pour leurs actions\u00a0: le P. Camille Gomis, du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, et le P. Edgard Keket Ngamba, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019enseignement catholique de la R\u00e9publique Centrafricaine.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Enfin, j\u2019ai eu plusieurs \u00e9changes avec\u00a0Mgr Zani, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Congr\u00e9gation du Saint-Si\u00e8ge pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation catholique.
