Asunto: XVI Congreso Mundial Omaec.<\/em><\/p>\n

Con toda devoci\u00f3n me dirijo a su santidad, con el fin de ponerle de presente la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Antiguos Alumnos de la Educaci\u00f3n Cat\u00f3lica – OMAEC – cuyo objetivo principal, es poner al servicio de la humanidad los valores cristianos aprendidos en nuestras escuelas, colegios, centros de formaci\u00f3n, universidades, etc., donde fuimos formados en los valores evang\u00e9licos, vivenciados a trav\u00e9s de los diversos carismas otorgados por el Esp\u00edritu Santo a cada santo fundador de las Congregaciones que regentan los centros de estudio en donde se nos transmiti\u00f3 la imperiosa tarea de ser constructores de una sociedad en paz, humana, solidaria, incluyente y respetuosa, comprometida con el bienestar general y el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y cient\u00edfico de todos, fundamentada integralmente en la fe cristiana.<\/em><\/p>\n

La OMAEC es una Organizaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, con vocaci\u00f3n altruista, fundada a instancias del Papa San Pablo VI, en la ciudad de Roma en 1967, con personer\u00eda jur\u00eddica de derecho internacional otorgada por el gobierno franc\u00e9s, tiene voz en diferentes organizaciones internacionales y con un delegado o representante ante el Vaticano. No tenemos ayuda de ninguna entidad, contamos con un escaso patrimonio conformado por las cuotas anuales que aportan las diferentes asociaciones que la integran, dichos recursos mantienen la p\u00e1gina web y algunas asistencias sociales, las directivas de la OMAEC trabajan de manera voluntaria, con la firme convicci\u00f3n que, con nuestro apostolado, devolvemos tantas bendiciones recibidas de la generosidad de Dios a lo largo de la vida.<\/em><\/p>\n

En este contexto la OMAEC se prepara para llevar a cabo su XVI CONGRESO MUNDIAL bajo el lema UNIDOS POR LA PAZ, el cual se realizara del 30 de abril al 3 de mayo pr\u00f3ximo en la ciudad de Santo Domingo Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, lugar hist\u00f3rico de donde se propago la fe cat\u00f3lica a nuestro continente americano, all\u00ed en la catedral Primada de Am\u00e9rica, esperar\u00edamos con gozo sublime su benem\u00e9rita presencia o siquiera escuchar su mensaje y bendici\u00f3n apost\u00f3lica, es la esperanza que guardan nuestros corazones de creyentes y fieles cat\u00f3licos en el Vicario del Pr\u00edncipe de la Paz, Nuestro Se\u00f1or Jesucristo.<\/em><\/p>\n
